NEW - Virtual UNY Annual Conference
As you are aware, earlier this spring, the Upper New York Conference postponed our Annual Conference with the hope of gathering together on Saturday, October 3. The ongoing realities of COVID-19 and our commitment to the safety of those who will be a part of that gathering, has caused us to change these plans.

NEW - Dismantling Racism Resources
The UMC is leading a sustained and coordinated effort through General Conference, August 29 to September 7, 2021, to actively engage in the ministry of dismantling racism and promoting racial justice. The UNY Conference Communications team will regularly share worship, advocacy, and educational resources to help with this important campaign.  Click here to listen to the webinar/podcast.
This week we refer you to a short video of Rev. Fred Day III, General Secretary of the United Methodist General Commission on Archives and History, answering the question, "What would John Wesley say to us today about our work toward dismantling racism?"

NEJ Mission E-Academy
United Methodist Volunteers in Mission exists to train, equip, connect and mobilize volunteers for Christian mission at home and throughout the world.
This year, thanks to the global pandemic, we are offering courses from our annual Northeastern Jurisdiction Mission Academy online.  We have partnered with Global Ministries, UMCOR, Church & Society, and New York Disaster Interfaith Services to connect you with some of the best resources available as you participate in God's mission.  We hope you will find the courses that work best for you and register today!
All courses are free of charge, though we encourage you to contribute to the ministry that makes it possible.
Suggested donation to UMVIM: $25/course
